Factions

South Zagoria is a place where society has collapsed — but society is a stubborn thing. It always finds a way to crawl back, dust itself off, and start arguing with itself again.

What follows is my humble attempt to describe some of the major groups and factions that roam the South Zagoria Exclusion Zone at present. Please do not take this as an exhaustive list — new groups appear as quickly as they vanish, sometimes leaving behind little more than torn flags, bullet casings, and very outdated recruitment flyers.

South Zagoria is a crucible, yes, but it is also a stage. Everyone here plays a part, whether as a soldier, a rebel, a zealot, a farmer, or a fool. Choose your role carefully — the world has a way of typecasting those who aren’t paying attention.
